Stockley’s Drug Interactions February 2026 Update

This update of Stockley’s Drug Interactions consists of 41 new monographs and 134 updated monographs, including updates to the content on activated factor X inhibitors and esketamine. The aminoglycosides monographs have been revalidated and updated, and new drugs have been added including the hypoxia-inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase inhibitors, roxadustat and vadadustat.
