New Monographs

  • Benzoin resin obtained from species of the genus Styrax is the source of Siam benzoin and Sumatra benzoin.
  • Ferric subsulfate solution, also known as Monsel’s solution, has been used as a haemostatic.
  • Linzagolix is a gonadorelin antagonist used in the management of uterine fibroids and endometriosis.
  • Sodium sulfide is used topically for the temporary relief of pain and discomfort caused by ingrown toenails.
  • Talquetamab is a bispecific humanised monoclonal antibody that binds to both GPRC5D on multiple myeloma cells and the CD3 receptor on T-cells. It is used in the
    treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
  • Zolbetuximab is a chimeric monoclonal antibody used in the treatment of HER-2 negative, CLDN-18.2 positive gastric or gastro-oesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.
