• Donanemab is a recombinant humanised immunoglobulin G1 monoclonal antibody that binds to an insoluble, N-terminal truncated form of amyloid-beta. It is used in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment and mild dementia in Alzheimer’s disease.
• Epcoritamab is a bispecific recombinant monoclonal antibody used for the treatment of high-grade B-cell lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma.
